 Policies
  Startup fees, when applicable, must be paid by check or credit      card prior to the start of the requested service. Monthly charges for accounts and usage (additional mail ID's,      storage, bandwidth, etc.) are billed in arrears on the first of the       following month. Credit card accounts will be debited on the first of the following      month. Invoiced accounts are due immediately upon receipt. If payment is not received within 30 days, you will be charged a late      fee of $5. At 60 days, your account and all associated services will      be disabled until payment in full is received.  Payment Methods
  You may elect to have your bill paid automatically via your credit       card at the time you register.  To invoke this option at a later      date, call us at 794-0000 or send email to billing@weir.net and request  payment by credit card.  We'll email you back a form for you to print out,  fill in, sign, and mail back to us that authorizes us to bill your credit  card. You may make a check or money order out to WeirNet.  Please be sure   to write your account ID in the memo field to ensure proper application of  your payment.  Please remember to include sales tax. There will be a $25  charge for all returned checks.  DiscountsYou may receive a discount by:
  Paying monthly charges via credit card to have the startup fees waived. Prepaying 6 months to get the startup fees waived. Prepaying 1 year to get one free month plus the startup fees waived.   These policies can be modified at any time, with or without notice.  However, we always do our best to notify you of any changes that might  affect you.
